The car works great. The check engine light came on for something minor after a couple days but they fixed it after I walked into the store. For some reason I couldn’t catch them on the phone anymore when my car started having issues. Also I accidentally signed up for the warranty and they acted like they understood and would take it off. Well a month goes by and nothing happens. I call the guy every other day for two weeks asking him to take it off and he says he’s taking care of it. Finally I get fed up and bypass him asking to talk to anyone else. They send me to the woman who handles the warranties directly and she was never informed. So long story short if you have an issue with the car dont call walk in. If you have an issue with the warranty don’t call the guy who sold you the warranty to fix it. The mechanics there are awesome though. Super friendly and up front about what could be wrong with your vehicle
Worked from out of state over the phone with Casey. Great service, very respectful and got everything we wanted for a great deal.
Where should I start! Well if there was a zero star option it would be a damn good choice. I called and spoke to this wonderful woman named Lisa... hang up if she answers! Anyway she kindly said that the truck I was interested in was still for sale and she would pull it up to the front so it's ready when I get there. I was driving from 2 hours away. So I pull in and talked to 3 salesmen who have lost the keys then decide it's probably "up on the hill." I said I called and was told it was ready to go and he asked if I talked to Lisa then laughed when I said yes. He said we could drive up to the hill, a few miles away and at least look at the truck. So we follow him there and the truck has a note on it saying don't drive the rims are cracked... that's a good start. So he then asked why I'm interested in it, if it was due to the price(which was at blue book level) and I said sure. He then asked if I pulled my own car fax and said it came from Canada and was flooded! They are trying to sell a flooded truck at regular blue book price. I guess the only good thing is that he was honest and told us that. All I can say is stay away!
If you go here talk to Dustin Rigsby!! He was so helpful and friendly!! Made us feel right at home and helped us find our new car.
