I usually don't have a long wait time if I'm not getting a Hot-n-Ready. The folks here tend to be as nice as they can under stressful times.
"We are really busy today" is not an excuse. If you're selling that many, make more. I've seen them put then in the oven only after I ordered it. It's called a min/max system people.
Don't label the deep dish as hot n ready if I have to wait 10 minutes every damn time I visit.
